What's included in every plan

Which data brokers do you cover?
All 23 confirmed UK data brokers, including 192.com, Experian Marketing, the Edited Electoral Register, Acxiom, Tracesmart, Royal Mail Door to Door, Companies House, and more. Coverage expands as new UK brokers are identified.
What happens if a broker ignores us?
We escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We use Eleanor's T5A ICO notification letter, which formally puts the broker on notice. This is not a generic complaint — it's a structured legal intervention.
Do you re-check after removal?
Yes. We re-verify your removal at 60-day intervals. Data brokers re-populate their databases from public sources. If your data re-appears, we send another removal request automatically.
Is this legal?
Yes. Your right to erasure (Article 17 UK GDPR) and your right to object to direct marketing (Article 21 UK GDPR) are statutory rights. Brokers are required to comply without undue delay. We act as your authorised agent.
When does billing start?
Billing begins when you complete onboarding and we submit your first removal requests. We do not charge before your requests have been sent.
